教 学 大 纲

(商务英语,国际商务专业适用,140课时)

编写说明

一、课程性质和任务

本课程是高等职业学院商务英语专业必修课,是学生在商务英语学习及实际业务操作中必不可少的基础课程。任务是通过两年专门系统的听力训练,使学生在各种商务环境下熟练运用英语知识和技能,正确理解、分析、判断和推理所吸收的信息,进行有效的英语交流和商务活动,促进一线商务人才的培养。

二、课程教学目的和要求

通过任务引领的仿真情景教学和系统的学习实践,要求学生达到:1)拓展语言基础知识,掌握听力技巧,拓宽听力练习渠道,培养良好的听力习惯和增强英语听力的自信心。2)能够结合具体场景,对视听材料信息进行准确摄取、归纳、分析和推理,具备日常的英语交际能力。3)提高学生在各种商务环境下熟练运用理论知识和技能,进行有效的商务交流活动的能力。4结合考级考证相关的听力训练,促进课证融合,为学生发展职业能力奠定基础。

三、教学中应注意的问题

1、打破传统的、单一的以为主的听力教学模式,构件多维度的结合的互动听说教学模式,教学情景仿真化。

2、把以知识传授为主要特征的传统学科课程模式转变为以工作任务为中心组织课程内容,把语音、语调、词汇、句型、语法等的语言基础知识,以及听力技巧、文化背景等的理论教学内容都围绕课堂实际任务展开,让学生在操作具体任务的过程中来拓展相关的知识层面和意象思维能力;

3、通过对日常商务活动和商务实务案例的仿真模拟训练,从而达到有效培养学生商务英语听力能力的目的。本课程包括四个学期的听力教学,主要是围绕基础听力教学,商务日常活动,商务实务案例,国际商务考证培训等线索来循序渐进开展课堂教学,强调商务英语知识的实用性。

4、在教学过程中,充分开发学习资源,加强网络教学,为学生提供丰富的实践机会,采用课堂教学和课外自学相结合,课程教学与考试考证相融合,在实践中不断摸索提高。

四、考核和评估

    商务英语听力课程的考核与评估是检查教学与实训大纲的执行情况、衡量教学质量、促进教学改革的重要手段。考核具有科学性、客观性和可行性。

本课程为考试课,闭卷考试,总分为100分,60分为合格。

教学评价采取过程评价与结果评价相结合,按37的比例进行。过程评价包括学生出勤、学习态度、课堂表现、模块考核等方面,重视学习阶段的进步程度,加强实践性教学环节的考核,并注重平时采分。结果评价要以基础知识和职业能力相结合,科学安排商务英语听力各模块的知识构架。

实训一    Job Interview(求职面试)

一、目的和要求

通过听说训练,要求学生掌握与工作情况介绍相关的主要语言知识点,扫清

听力中的障碍;能流利复述材料中主要句型和内容,增强在听取相关信息时的反应能力;就类似内容的听力,能通过所学内容大致理解和合理推断对方所表达的含义;能用掌握的词汇与句型进行各种口语练习;要求学生掌握求职面试过程中的至关重要的环节。学生要能够在实际工作面试中能流利地作自我介绍,表达自己的求职意向,了解公司的情况并突出自己的优势和能力等,使应试者的外表、气质、资力等各方面给面试官留下深刻印象。

二、实训步骤

2. Listening Practice 听力训练:通过听力内容的呈现,做理解训练,并引入与单元主题相关的交际技巧和商务知识。

3.Situational imitation 情景模拟:要求学生通过复述、模仿录音材料等方式进行语言操练。

4. Speaking Practice 口语训练:采用任务型Team-work 和讨论式等教学方式, 通过让学生进行自由会话来进一步拓展学生的听力能力。

工厂参观是商务活动的一个主要环节。通过参观工厂,采购商可以全面深入地了解产品和生产过程,而生产商可以通过展示自己的实力来吸引买方。通过训练,要求学生在参观过程中能自如地针对工厂生产流程进行提问,对产品能给出合适的评价,并能以厂家的身份向买方介绍产品的卖点,掌握其相关表达。能流利复述材料中主要句型和内容,增强在听取相关信息时的反应能力;就类似内容的听力,能通过所学内容大致理解和合理推断对方所表达的含义;能用掌握的词汇与句型进行各种口语练习。
