1. 课程性质
本课程是高等职业学院商务英语专业必修课,是学生在商务英语学习及实际业务操作中必不可少的基础课程。其功能在于通过专门系统的听力训练,能使学生在各种商务环境下熟练运用英语知识和技能,正确理解、分析、判断和推理所吸收的信息,进行有效的英语交流和商务活动,为培养“一线商务人才”奠定好基础。
2. 课程设计
2.1 课程设计思路
该课程的总体设计思路是,打破传统的、单一的以“听”为主的听力教学模式,构建多维度的“音”、“像”结合的互动听说教学模式,教学情景仿真化;把以知识传授为导向的传统学科课程模式转变为以职业能力为导向、以项目任务为载体的课程教学模式,教学中以主题任务为中心组织课程内容,把语音、语调、词汇、句型、语法等的语言基础知识,以及听力技巧、文化背景等的理论教学内容都围绕课堂实际任务展开。通过对日常商务活动和商务实务案例的仿真模拟训练,达到有效培养学生商务英语听力能力的目的。本课程包括四个学期的听力教学,主要是围绕基础听力教学,商务英语听力,考级考证培训等项目展开,深化训练学生的听力能力。
在教学过程中,充分开发学习资源,加强网络教学,为学生提供丰富的实践机会,采用课堂教学和课外自学相结合,课程教学与考试考证相融合,在实践中不断摸索提高。教学效果评价采取过程评价与结果评价相结合。

2.2.1课程总体目标
通过任务引领的仿真情景教学和系统的学习实践,要求学生达到:1)拓展语言基础知识,掌握听力技巧,拓宽听力练习渠道,培养良好的听力习惯和增强英语听力的自信心。2)能够结合具体场景,对视听材料信息进行准确摄取、归纳、分析和推理,具备日常的英语交际能力。3)提高学生在各种商务环境下的听力能力,进行有效的商务交流活动。4)结合考级考证相关的听力训练,促进课证融合,为学生发展职业能力奠定基础。
2.2.2 课程能力目标:
●能够听懂一般场合的英语交谈和讲话,领会说话人的态度、感情和真实意图,具有良好英语交际能力;
●具备对所获取视听信息有准确摄取、归纳、分析和推理的能力。
●能够听懂一般的商务英语会话、谈判等,熟悉涉及商务交际活动的各个环节,而且在各种商务环境下能够熟练运用英语知识和技能,具备一定的商务交际能力。
●能取得相应的英语等级及商务英语考证证书,拓展学生的职业能力。

7. 课程资源的开发与利用
积极利用校广播台、图书馆等丰富的教学资源,搭建起多维、动态、活跃、自主的英语听力训练平台,拓展听力学习的渠道, 使教学内容从单一化向多元化转变。
通过录音、多媒体课件等形式实现课堂教学内容网络化;丰富试题库网络建设内容,并使之模块化,主要以三级、四级、六级英语听力以及全国商务英语考证听力内容为主。
实现听力内容丰富的网站链接,共享网络资源,为学生创造良好的学习条件。
