Step 1. Watch the video. Note down  what the chairperson does badly. Use this checklist to help you.

Step 2.  Watch the video again. Underline the correct answer.

Work in small groups. Discuss and try to find a better way of conduting this meeting. Then choose one student to be the chairperson, the others plaay the roles of different members at the meeting.

Work in  small groups. A typical formal business meeting can be didivided into five parts as shown in the flow-chart below. Each group member plays a role and they work together to represent the meeting that you have just watched.
