1.Work in pairs. What are the responsibilities of the department managers in FAKN? Discuss with your partner and summarize in one sentence.

2. Role play. This is an organization of ADMT Corporation Ltd. Try to make a dialogue with your partner. Student A asks questions about the departments and responsibilities and Student B uses the information in the chart to answer.

Step2 .Watch the video again, note down each speaker’s likes and dislikes about their jobs.

3. Post-viewing

 Watch the video again. Choose one the following situations and make dialogue.

(1)Student A is a cashier and B is a telephone operator of a company. Make a dialogue to talk about their likes and dislikes of their jobs.

(2)   Susan and Kevin are friends. They haven’t seen each other for years. One day they come across on the road and talk about their jobs. Susan is a clerk in an insurance company while Kevin is a Personnel Manager. Imaging what they will say and make a dialogue with your partner.
